Dollar Hits Record Low Against the Euro

Telegraph (UK) story:

The dollar slumped to its lowest level ever against the euro after new figures showed the US economy is growing at the slowest rate for four years.

The euro pushed through its previous high of $1.3666 hit in December 2004, to a new record of 1.3682.

You know, I keep thinking that I should invest in pounds or euros, but everytime I consider it I say to myself, "That currency is running too high against the dollar right now. I'll wait until the dollar jumps in price and purchase the foreign currency cheaper." Yet the dollar keeps on dipping, and I never learn...
