Mitt Romney took another swipe at President Bush Wednesday while attempting to distance himself himself from the Bush legacy, a practice that seems quite popular lately.
Romney cited Bush's failures in the International arena.
Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney on Wednesday jabbed at President George W. Bush, saying the image of the United States has suffered globally based on the perception that it invaded Iraq unilaterally.[...]
"I do think that we have suffered over the past several years for a number of reasons, and I think you probably know what they are," Romney said, citing the absence of strong international support in the lead-up to the war.
"There has been the perception that we have not been as open and participative with other nations as is our normal approach," he said.
Spoken like a true Democrat!
Seeing guys like Romney selling their principles and integrity for a few moderate votes is the epitome of Republican sleaze.
We need a leader in the White House, not another liar.
