John Edwards on Ann Coulter

Presidential hopeful John Edwards, appearing on CNN's HARDBALL with Chris Matthews June 27, 2007 - the day after wife Elizabeth's confrontation with Ann Coulter on the same program - responds to his wife's bitch-slapping of Ann Coulter, and addresses the hate-mongering tactics of the right-wing in America.

"That's a lot of what we see from these people that are just... that are crazies."

"There's nothing remotely mainstream about them, and normal people are repelled by them."

Edwards is Dukakis redux. W could squeak out a third term against this trial lawyer. And the rolling pin offensive by the Missus (on Johnnie's behalf!) was pretty/really bad, too.
What WERE they thinking? Shaming Ann Coulter? Puh-leeeze!
And did Chris call the Mrs. the greatest woman ever born? Almost? MSM.come.in.MSM...

BryanD -- Coulter's rant in that clip you linked to is an example of what is referred to in the right wing JackOff-O-Sphere as 'watching her head explode.'
