There have been times that I've wondered whether Bush does these things on purpose. Surely, no one could be this dumb!!! Perhaps his goal is to trick his base into thinking that it is smarter than Bush, Bush believing that many conservatives feel better about themselves in thinking that they're smarter than the President of The United States. Liberals want a president smarter than they are (e.g., FDR and JFK), conservatives want a dummy (e.g., Reagan and Bush).
Whether Bush really currently has an IQ below 70 or is foolishly trying to deceive people, in either case Bush is an idiot.
