Ann Coulter Calls McCain "Illiterate"

Too funny...

Now the Times won't even publish McCain's op-ed. I wouldn't have published it either -- I've read it twice and I still can't remember what it says -- but I also wouldn't have published McCain's seven op-eds in The New York Times since 1996.

Since McCain has gone from being a Republican "maverick" who attacks Republicans and promotes liberal causes to the Republican nominee for president, he's also gone from being one of the Times' most frequent op-ed guest columnists to being an unpublishable illiterate.

I always knew she'd eat her own....

Stay on topic here, tyree. I know you probably wet yourself when you read the post about Obame's gaffe over at Wizbang, but if you can't comment on the topic of the post, don't comment. These comment threads are not your personal graffiti walls, dig?

I won't delete it this time, next time I will.

As to your comment re: Obama, it's easily explained. Of course, you haven't read the explanation because the right wing blogger who wrote the post you read wet themselves with excitement, and didn't bother digging around for the explanation.

Obama meant to say "my bill" instead of "my committee".

Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt said Obama was referring to an Iran divestment bill he introduced in 2007 with U.S. Reps. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Tom Lantos (D-Calif.). Last week, the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs passed the the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2008, which included provisions Obama offered in his 2007 legislation.

"The Obama provisions clarify that state and local governments can divest from companies that invest $20 million or more in Iran's energy sector and provide safe harbor for private fund managers who divest from such companies," according to a July 17 statement from Obama's Senate office.

In a separate statement July 17, Dodd thanked Obama for his work on the 2007 legislation.

"[Obama] meant to say 'my bill,'" LaBolt said.

Pretty simple explanation, but apparently not simple enough....

Allen:

Lee, don't be too hard on the poor troll, as it's fun watching these people in the first stages of ODS. They blamed everyone who didn't agree with them had BDS, well we are seeing the ODS coming out.

"I always knew she'd eat her own...."

That was funny.
