Professor Gabe Sanchez of the University of New Mexico talks about Sonia Sotomayor, President Obama's nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Sotomayor has been confirmed twice by the Senate. Republicans who voted to confirm her in 1998 included Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah and former senators Bill Frist of Tennessee, Jesse Helms of North Carolina and Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania.

She may have portrayed herself as a moderate before she got to the bench where she is now, but she vered left when she got there.
She is no longer a moderate, but almost as left leaning as Obummer himself. We need her on the spureme court like we need a hole in the head.
