New Polls Show Clinton's Strength

Lawsuit to Seat Florida Delegates Dismissed

A federal appeals court dismissed a lawsuit Friday against the Democratic National Committee over the party's decision to strip Florida of its delegates to its national convention. But the ruling by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the complaint "raises a number of significant and potentially significant questions," and gave the plaintiffs an opening to amend the lawsuit.

New Gallup Poll: Clinton 49% - Obama 42%

Barack Obama's popularity is plummeting. In just seven days he's gone from 50% to 42%, and Clinton has risen from 44% to 49%, giving Clinton a 7 percentage point lead in a poll with a 3 point margin of error.

Michigan and Florida Primary Do Overs in the Works

Re-doing the Florida and Michigan primaries is a necessary step towards resolving the Democratic nomination. These voters voices should be heard. Fortunately, it looks like Clinton's folks and the officials in Florida and Michigan are setting the wheels in motion to make this happen.
