Given Obama's recent drop in the polls, and the continued resistance on the part of some Clinton supporters to swing behind Obama, this wouldn't hurt Obama in my view. Maybe Biden will step in as Secretary of State.

Adam writes: "I wish you could have been with me Saturday as I joined thousands at the National Building Museum to see Hillary Clinton end her campaign and encourage us to dedicate our energies to electing Barack Obama president. Once again, she showed the nation the courage, grace, determination and vision that have marked her 40 years of public service."

Well, tonight, regardless of the results, looks like the inevitable will happen and Hillary Clinton will bow out of the race to be the Democratic nominee against John McCain, Senator Clinton has certainly tried her darnest and employed about every...

For the last two months, I have been silent on this blog, largely because of a major personal move from South America and partly from my feeling that Hillary Clinton, vastly overrated as a human being, was distorting the Democratic...

I don't believe that it's solely up to Obama. No question he needs to reach out and welcome former Clinton supporters into the camp - but the job isn't his alone. Hillary Clinton should and, I'm confident will -- reach out as well and help pull together Democrats, helping to unite the party. But it will take more than Hillary and Barack's efforts. It will take all of us Democrats reaching out to heal the divide that'll really drive this process.

Yesterday this long-term Clinton supporter wrote a call to action, calling for Hillary Clinton to throw her support behind Barack Obama's bid for the presidency. Here's the words spoken by Barack Obama in his speech Tuesday night following the North...

As a long-term, vocal supporter of Hillary Clinton's candidacy I feel the time has come. It's time to give credit where credit is due. Last night's Indiana and North Carolina primaries were turning points in the Democratic nomination contest -- as both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama predicted they would be -- but things didn't turn in Hillary Clinton's direction. Obama's victory in North Carolina and virtual tie in Indiana, despite the obstacles placed in his way, shows he has what it takes to go the distance, and I now stand behind and in support of Barack Obama's candidacy for President of the United States.

Carolyn Lochead makes an argument that Obama really needs to stop Clinton in Indiana. Part of Obama's strategy is to keep his mouth shut and not debate Clinton prior to the Indiana primary. Gutsy move, Barack.

One of the reasons I like Clinton so much is that she has more balls than Obama.

Let's point the Bluemobile to North Carolina, where down ticket Democrats don't have a thing to worry about because Democratic frontrunner Barack Obama has their back... With North Carolina and Indiana taking center stage in the political slugfest between Sen....

Critics of Hillary Clinton's current campaign style need a wake-up call. Just do the Democratic Party a favor and don't wake up Obama campaign chief David Axelrod.

Hillary Clinton won Pennsylvania, a must-win state for Democrats in the November general election, and she can do the same in Pennsylvania this November against McCain.

Pennsylvania Democratic Primary results, updated throughout the night.

AP isn't reporting any vote totals since the polls are still open. Late deciders in other primaries have largely broken for Clinton, and the final polls shows as high as 10-11% percent undecided in Pennsylvania.

Now we have Obama whining about being mistreated on the ABC debate, but this kind of bias documented here against Clinton has been ongoing, and is now increasing. The LA Times and the Chicago Sun-Times are both blatantly and obviously Obama kool-aid drinkers. They don't even try to hide their bias any longer.

If the phone rings at 3 a.m. in the Obama White House I hope Barack's wet nurse answers it.

Prediction - Obama refuses to debate Clinton in North Carolina as previously agreed. He'll use his faux outrage over being asked tough questions in last night's debate as an excuse to back out of the North Caroline debate but....he won't back out until after the Pennsylvania primary next Tuesday. UPDATE: He's already hedging...

The result was arguably one of Mr. Obama's weakest debate performances. He at times appeared annoyed as he sought to answer questions about his former pastor, his reluctance to wear an American flag pin on his lapel and his association in Chicago with former members of the Weather Underground, a radical group that carried out bombings in the 1960s that were intended to incite the overthrow of the government.

Updated: Randi Rhodes Resigns. Hate-filled Obama supporters like Randi Rhodes are everywhere these days, and when I wrote a post yesterday with the clip of Geraldine Ferraro's reaction the only YouTube clip documenting Rhodes hate-filled attack was this 5 and a half minute clip, and I was hoping to find a shorter version to post but so far no luck. So here it is, Obama-loving Randi Rhodes, spewing her vile crap in all of her glory, Praise Obama!

Despite his statement just last week that the primary process should run its full course (apparently another lie, something Obama is doing a lot of these days) Obama's people are at it again.

In a Democratic Primary in Pennsylvania today, 04/08/08, two weeks to the vote, Hillary Clinton defeats Barack Obama 56% to 38%, according to a SurveyUSA poll conducted exclusively for WCAU-TV Philadelphia, KDKA-TV Pittsburgh, WHP-TV Harrisburg, and WNEP-TV Wilkes-Barre. The results are almost identical to a SurveyUSA poll released one month ago. Then, Clinton led by 19. Today, 18. In between, however, in a SurveyUSA tracking poll released last week, Obama had closed to within 12 points. What happened in the past 7 days?

In Barack Obama's world there are Clinton states, and there Obama states, and the Clinton states like Michigan and Florida don't count, and forget about voting in a primary if you haven't already -- your vote doesn't matter to Barack Obama.
