Those pesky news reporters, now that they are actually asking questions and not just fawning over him, are problematic for Obama. He can't fall back (as easily) on his trademark prepared, plagiarized speeches about hope and change when asked to speak extemporaneously.

While Obama was forced to return hundreds of thousands of dollars in questionable donations from Rezko (after repeatedly misrepresenting the amounts which were donated) apparently Barack Obama wants to hold onto the personal wealth he's received from his Rezko association.

Today Barack Obama stands in the cold shadow of those controversies, and we now can see that the whole "new era of politics" that Obama has promised was nothing more than political posturing.

Barack Obambi will (finally) come under the spotlight as the Tony Rezko corruption trial gets underway next week. ABC News, which has fawned over Obama for months now, filed this weak-kneed report on Obama's ties to Rezko. Sidebar: Ralph Nader is going to skewer Obambi on this issue.
